An agreement has been reached between IUEC and Otis Elevator Company regarding the "nutcert's" that are being used on car and hoistway doors (in place of our drilling & tapping the doors). Otis can continue using the "hexagonal hole" but construction mechanics will install all nutcert devices and related equipment. Otis has agreed as settlement to pay $100.00 into the annuity fund for each construction mechanic and apprentice on the payroll as of September 16, 2004.
